一、感冒了

I feel I might come down with a cold.

我感觉我可能要感冒了。

I've got a cold. 我感冒了。

I've got a bad cold. 我感冒很严重。

二、感冒症状

“有…的症状”，常用“I have…”来表达：

1、流鼻涕、鼻塞

I've got a runny nose. 我流鼻涕。

I have a stuffy nose, I can't smell anything.

我鼻子不通气，闻不到任何味道。

2、嗓子/喉咙痛

I've got a sore throat. 我嗓子疼。

I am hoarse because of sore throat.

我嗓子哑了，因为我喉咙痛。

When I have a sore throat, I can't eat anything, nothing can soothe the pain.

当我喉咙痛时，我啥都不想吃，没什么能缓解我的疼痛。

3、咳嗽

I've been coughing day and night. 我一直在咳嗽。

I have a bad cough, I think my classmate gave it to me.

我咳得很严重，我猜是我同学传染给我的。

4、打喷嚏

I can't stop sneezing. 我喷嚏打个不停。

5、发烧

I've got a temperature. / I'm running a high fever.

我发烧了。/ 我发高烧。

I think I have a temperature.

我好像发烧了。

6、头痛

I've got a very bad headache. / This headache is killing me.

我头很痛。/我头快痛死了。

三、其他症状

I'm not feeling so good.

我不太舒服。

I don't feel well.

我今天状态不是很好。

I feel dizzy.

我头晕。

My head is swimming.

我头昏脑胀的。

I am trembling with cold.

我冷得全身发抖。

I am weak.

我浑身无力。

I feel sore and ache all over.

我觉得全身酸痛。

I feel like I'm dying.
